Pam Ostrowski, Founder and CEO, has focused her business expertise in services, support, and marketing in key areas such as customer and channel partner advisory councils, channel program development, service product and program development, services marketing, and field implementation/training.
S.O.S. provides services ranging from service product and program development and service delivery strategies to development and delivery of web content and sales tools. In addition, Pam has incorporated her channel experience into a service focused on vendor-reseller partnering, enabling both partners to maximize their opportunities to deliver the best possible solution to their customers. She has also spent the last several years facilitating advisory councils and managing the outcomes for major vendors and resellers to maximize the value of customer and channel partner interaction.
Pam has facilitated many complex inter-organizational sales distribution and service offering discussions in several prominent vendor and reseller organizations with great success. In addition, she has developed channel strategies and marketing programs to foster strong partnerships between vendors and resellers.
